... professional, handcrafted wedding stationery and accessories

It is important that you read these terms and conditions, prior to making your order, to avoid any unnecessary disappointment or inconvenience ...

general
Whilst the same high standard is maintained throughout the FIRST IMPRESSIONS wedding stationery range, slight variations may occur due to the individual attention that each item receives. If possible, it is advisable to order all of your items together for maximum consistency, as items are not held in stock and materials will usually be ordered especially for you.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS reserves the right to alter designs, prices and materials used, should it be necessary, at any time, but this should not affect existing orders. However, in the unlikely event of material specifications from our suppliers changing, we will endeavour to offer an alternative at the same price.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS retains the copyright to any artwork, stationery designs, photographic images and documents used throughout this website and none may be reproduced or copied in any way without the express permission of Elisa Williams at FIRST IMPRESSIONS.

alterations and cancellations
Any order altered or cancelled prior to the receipt of your approved proofs will not incur any additional costs other than the amount already paid. Any order altered or cancelled after the receipt of your approved proofs will, in most cases, incur additional charges.
FIRST IMPRESSIONS reserves the right to cancel any order from clients who have been unable to confirm their details within 3 months of their proofs being received. FIRST IMPRESSIONS will, of course, give fair notice of this and will endeavour to contact clients throughout this time period. The client will NOT be entitled to a refund and may incur additional production costs.

liability
Due to the delicate nature of some of the materials used, FIRST IMPRESSIONS stationery is not suitable for children.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS will pack your stationery order safely, securely and on time. Therefore we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or late delivery due to postal problems.

Stationery will not be deemed faulty if it is proven to be so only due to negligent proof reading by the client.

data protection
