samples
As a non refundable deposit, or full payment is required upon order, it is advisable to order samples before making a decision about your stationery. We want to ensure that you have chosen the perfect design and avoid you any disappointment.
Samples will be of a wedding invitation and in a colour of our choice, unless a specific request has been made and can be accommodated. Prices quoted include delivery. Follow the link on the relevant design page or click here to place an order for your samples via PAYPAL.
order process
Once your order and deposit have been received, wording proofs will be submitted to you by electronic mail. (Paper copies are available upon request). It is then your responsibility to check the accuracy of the proofs, notify us accordingly of any changes and to accept the final draft, in order for production to begin. When your order has been completed, you will be sent an electonic final invoice and upon receipt of payment, the items will be dispatched.
payment
Orders with a value of less than £100 require the total amount to be paid at the time or ordering.
Orders with a vakue of more than £100 require a non refundable deposit of 50% when placing an order, the remaining balance being due upon completion.
Payments can be made by cash or cheque made payable to E Williams. We can now accept PAYPAL payments, however, a 5% fee will be charged to cover the costs incurred in offering this service. Please ask for more details.

delivery
We will endeavour to deliver your order within 2 - 8 weeks from receipt of your signed proofs,
so please make sure you order in good time.
Delivery within the UK mainland will be made through Royal Mail Standard Parcel service (3 - 5 working days and insured) or similar and will be charged at cost - we do not make a profit on postage and packaging. We feel that this is the most fair policy as the size and weight of orders vary considerably, although we do understand that our clients may like to know this cost in advance. Our experience tells us that on average our clients are charged between
£5.00 and £15.00 per order, however where orders are split
into various different deliveries, this can be more !
It is also possible to arrange collection of your stationery in person,
at a mutually agreeable time, once full payment has been received
returns policy
FIRST IMPRESSIONS prides itself on the quality of its stationery and will only accept returns in the unlikely event of a proven faulty product that has been due to negligence on their part.
FIRST IMPRESSIONS must be made aware of any faulty item within 7 days of receipt. After this time, they cannot be held liable in any way.
