Sent out well in advance, especially for summer weddings, to allow your guests to plan ahead and be sure not to miss your special occasion.

wedding and reception invitations
Should be sent out at least 6 - 8 weeks before the wedding to allow plenty of time for your guests to reply and for you to plan accordingly.
Allow at least 1 per household plus a couple of spares just in case.

reply cards
To make it quick and easy for your guests to reply to you, these should be sent out with your invitations.
Plain white envelopes included unless otherwise stated.
orders of service
Usually given out to the guests at a church wedding, but can be adapted for a civil ceremony, stating the order of the ceremony, hymns, prayers and readings etc.
You should allow at least 1 between 2 guests.
You should confirm the service details with the church or establishment, including entrance/recessional music and hymns, before placing an order and are responsible for obtaining the permission to print any copyright hymn you ask to be included.
Assistance on this can be provided if necessary.
The standard order of service includes up to 3 printed sides, the first, depending on the stationery design, personalised with your wedding details. This is usually sufficient for a normal 3 hymn service, but if more pages are required additional costs may be incurred.

These can be printed for each guest or placed randomly around the tables to let your guests know the food and drink arrangements.

Help your guests find their seats at your reception quickly and easily.

Traditionally, favours given to the female guests at the reception were a keepsake and an attendance thank you. Add extra attractiveness to your tables with our exclusive favour wraps, designed to wrap a simple white box (included) and so perfectly co-ordinating with your chosen stationery design.

Please note that as these are supplied unfilled, they will be flat packed and will require some assembly. This is a very simple process and will take a minimal amount of time. No gluing or bow tying will be necessary, all the hard work will have been done for you !
seating plans
Allows your guests to know at which table they will be sat.
Your seating plan will be unique to your wedding and will be created to co-ordinate with your chosen stationery design and to your specific requirements, therefore please contact us for more information.

The perfect way for you to thank your guests for their attendance and wedding gift, remember to send these as soon as possible after your wedding.
